Carbine 1 - June 24, 2017 - Princeton, MN - CLASS FULL

Our Price: $200.00

Product Code: CARBINE1

The Carbine Rifle is becoming more popular in the urban setting due to its great accuracy capabilities, and generally it is easier to shoot for most people due to its lack of recoil. This lack of recoil, combined with greater accuracy, make it a favorite among shooters. At the end of this course attendees will have confidence that they can shoot at something and hit it, and not be intimidated by recoil. Students will learn proper foundations, maintenance, employment, ammunition selection, mechanics and manipulation. This course is designed to hone basic fundamentals while teaching individual tactics and techniques. Students will deal with a multitude of different targets at varying distances, and learn to shoot from cover and concealment from multiple shooting positions. Multiple targets will challenge even the experienced operator. Proficiency will be stressed, as well as reloads, and malfunction clearing.

Note: We will be shooting from 7yds-200yds (300yds or further possible)

Far exceeded my expectations! July 10, 2013
Reviewer: Dennis D. from Big Lake, MN United States
First, I've been shooting AR's for about 6 years but with no formal training and all indoor shooting. Although i know my weapon well, i was a little nervous about being able to keep up with everyone. This ended up being the perfect course for me. Not too basic, as everyone in our class happened to have had some experience with their rifles and pistols, but not too fast. Even people with advanced carbine skills would enjoy this course. It covered a wide range of shooting positions and techniques, as well as rifle to pistol transitions. It was low stress and not competitive. The instructor was extremely knowledgable, fun, and safe. I learned far more in this class than I thought I would. The class size was small (5 people) so I felt I got all the attention I needed. At the end of the class, we were all hot, soaked with sweat, and exhausted. And we were all grinning ear to ear! It was a blast and well worth the money.
