The Sully Hammer Handle is used when installing hammers, providing better leverage when aligning the hammer under spring pressure. It can be used with most single stage, and two stage hammers, to include semi-auto, burst, and full-auto trigger systems.

When teaching Armorer courses, we sometimes observe people struggle during installation of the hammer, as it requires that the hammer be installed while compressing the hammer spring into place. This often times can be challenging, as it takes quite a bit of finger strength and dexterity. The Sully Hammer Handle is a tool that is designed to help provide the user leverage when installation AR15 and M16 Hammers. You use it like a bottle opener, in that you are able to hold it in one hand, and use it as a lever while you wind the hammer into place under the hammer springs pressure.
